Thanks! I’d be interested to hear more on how that works in practice. The advantage to fewer tags would be making it lots easier to facilitate the kind of push notification that SSRN has with its email system— if you can just subscribe to the cyberlaw tag or the type 2 diabetes tag, etc. — more tags would mean more burden on users to figure out what to subscribe to, get many more notifications, etc. But maybe the push notification system and the tagging system would be separated, with categories for subscription being some kind of cluster of tags…
