I gotta say though, notebooks in github seem to fail for me as often as they work. I see “Something went wrong. Reload?” on an amazingly regular basis there.

On plotting, my goto at the moment is a combination of bokeh and plotly (which has a great python api) for web stuff, and good old ggplot for print. Can’t wait for matplotlib 2.0 though!
